Western States is thrilled to welcome our attendees to The Coeur d'Alene Resort for our 2012 Event.

As a Western States employee, your lodging will be arranged and paid for (based on double occupancy) by Western States, from information collected during the online registration process. Please make sure to fill out the information as accurately as possible, including the arrival date information, roommate information or single room request. If you are requesting a specific roommate, please arrange this with them prior to registration. In order to process your request, they must list you as their roommate as well.

If you are a Non-Western States attendee, Western States has negotiated a low rate for our attendees. We have a limited number of discounted rooms available at the resort, so please make reservations as soon as possible by contacting the hotel at (800) 688-5253, group code WSI12. We have also partnered with Hampton Inn & Suites located just a short drive from the resort, you may make reservations at this property by calling, (208) 769-7900, group code WSI.

Room reservations for Western States employees will be made by the event administrator based on information collected during online event registration.

Airport Transportation.

If you are a Western States employee, these arrangements will be made on your behalf and you will receive confirmation prior to the event as well as instructions on your transfers.

If you are a non-Western States attendee, you can book round trip shuttle service to The Coeur d'Alene Resort for $69.00 plus gratuity, to make reservations please contact The Resort's transportation department at (800) 688-5253 ext. 7133 .

Start out going northeast on W Airport Dr toward S Flint Rd - 2.2 mi
Merge onto US-2E - 1.0 mi
Merge onto I-90E via the exit on the left toward Spokane - 33.4 mi
Take the Northwest Blvd. exit, EXIT 11, toward City Center - 0.3mi
Turn right onto Northwest Blvd/I-90-BR. Continue to follow I-90-BR - 2.1 mi
